Swap In Cold Brew For An Extra Smooth Twist On Espresso Martinis

There are many ways to elevate an espresso martini, but one trick takes it a step further by swapping the espresso with cold brew, resulting in a smoother, less caffeinated drink.

To prepare, shake ice, 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce each of coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa), and cold brew concentrate in a cocktail shaker. Strain and top it with espresso beans.

It’s crucial to use cold brew concentrate instead of regular diluted cold brew so that the flavor is strong enough to stand up to the intense notes in the vodka and coffee liqueur.

A bottle of cold brew concentrate is already cheaper than what you need to brew an espresso shot, but if you’re making it at home to save more, let it steep for at least 12 hours.
