1. Pickle Relish

As with egg salads, pickle relish pairs well with deviled eggs. Alongside bringing a nuanced flavor to the treat, it automatically adds more spices and seasonings.
Mix some relish with your yolks and top with green onions. Depending on the relish, your deviled eggs can taste like curry, vinegar, cinnamon, celery salt, ginger, or dill weed.

2. Olive Bits

Olive brine and chopped olives can majorly upgrade the savoriness of your deviled eggs. Plus, each variety of olive offers a different briny flavor.
You can experiment with different types of olive brine or garnish your deviled eggs with chopped olives to add the desired flavor without mixing the olives or brine into the yolks.

3. Avocado Or Guacamole

The fatty content in avocado or its chip-dip equivalent, guacamole, can add a delicious creaminess to your deviled eggs when swapped with mayonnaise.
Avocados can provide deviled eggs with nutrients like potassium and magnesium as well as vitamins K, C, and E. While avocados consist of 67% fat, most of that is monounsaturated.

4. Butter

When incorporated into deviled eggs, butter can help the yolks hold their shape in the same way it allows buttercream frosting to maintain its shape at room temperature.
Since the butter will give the yolk mixture a "solider" form, piping it into the egg whites will create a longer-lasting, fancy look, and your eggs will taste much better as well.

5. Cream Cheese

Due to its near-addictive, tangy taste and creaminess, just a tablespoon of cream cheese can serve as a great complement to the mayo in your deviled egg recipe.
You can always add more if needed. For a better taste, consider adding some vinegar, Dijon mustard, white pepper, or cayenne pepper, and use paprika as a garnish at the end.
