A Yelp reviewer stated, "They are less 'biscuit like,' lacking that crumbly texture with the parsley butter topping that we all love." Others got burnt or overly salty biscuits.
Cracker Barrel's free biscuits are made from scratch, but as one Yelp reviewer said, "The bread basket came, biscuits not even warm enough to melt the butter."
Some customers were served biscuits that were too hard to eat, while others had overly dry biscuits. Customers also felt that the biscuits were too small for their liking.
