Ozempic Users Are The Prime Demographic For Nestle's New Frozen Meals

GLP-1 medications, like Ozempic, lower blood sugar and promote weight loss; they are popular in the U.S., with research predicting the industry could surpass $100 billion by 2030.

In response, Nestlé has launched Vital Pursuit, a new line of frozen meals designed to support users of GLP-1 medications and those focused on weight management.

Focusing on portion management and nutrient enrichment, the meals will contain "protein, vitamin A, potassium, calcium, or iron," with gluten-free options available, per Nestlé.

A brand such as Vital Pursuit, then, seems primed to accommodate an ever-increasing market of those taking GLP-1 drugs, or even those who seek more nutrient-rich frozen foods.

While an official release date has yet to be announced, you'll potentially find Vital Pursuit in freezer aisles for about $4.99 (depending on the retailer) by the end of the year.
