Open Stuck Jars With Ease Using Martha Stewart's Hack

The only thing worse than a jar lid that isn't screwed on well is a jar lid impossible to unscrew. However, you can easily unscrew them using Martha Stewart's rubber band hack.
Place three bands around the lid's rim and twist. A rubber band releases heat when stretched and soaks it when contracted, creating grippy traction and friction needed to unscrew.
One band may do the trick, but Stewart uses three fat ones for triple the grip. Ensure they aren't so thick that they cover the lid's entire side and touch the container's side.
