Muffin Tins Are Your Secret Weapon For A Low-Mess Taco Night
NEWS

One bite into a crunchy taco is enough to cause all its fixings to squeeze out the other end and make a mess. Thankfully, a muffin tin can help solve this issue.
To make self-contained taco cups that are perfect for keeping the mess under control, bake soft tortillas at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 20 minutes in a greased-up muffin tin.
To fit the tortillas into the muffin tin holes, you can cut them down to size or fold them into quarters. Note that folded tortillas may need more time to become golden and crispy.
You can cook the tortilla cups with the fillings already inside for a more baked and toasty final product or add the fillings afterward to keep the tortilla as crunchy as possible.
