More Costco Members Should Know About Its Bottled Delivery Service

Costco’s Primo Water’s bottled water delivery program offers 3- or 5-gallon bottles for use in water dispensers at low prices, but sadly, the service is relatively lesser-known.
To utilize the service, members can use an app to pick spring, alkaline, or purified water, choose a dispenser (rental is available), and have it delivered to their home or office.
It’s more sustainable as a 5-gallon jug can replace 38 16.9-ounce, single-use plastic bottles. Users can leave empty bottles outside their homes for pickup by delivery agents.
Or, you can return the jugs at exchange stations and get a ticket to save money if you buy a bottle right at the store. Filling bottles at Primo refill stations is another option.
Per Costco's website, members "get exclusive pricing on spring, and purified water in 5-gallon bottles, plus alkaline water in 3-gallon bottles" purchased through Primo Water.
Five-gallon bottles start at $7.49. A bottom-load hot and cold water cooler is $3.99 per billing period for executive members and $5.99 per billing period for gold star members.
However, per responses on Reddit, some users are not happy with the rising delivery fees, which are included in each delivery and are in addition to the cost of the water bottles.
