Making your own pasta sauce is pretty simple, and for a hearty, cozy cream sauce that resembles more Alfredo sauce, you can use canned cream of mushroom soup.
However, a few add-ons can turn the sauce into something like a mushroom Alfredo. Add a bit of dry rosé to cut through the salt and sautéd mushrooms and garlic for added texture.
