How To Order Prime Rib At Texas Roadhouse For A More Flavorful Bite

If you're in the mood for Texas Roadhouse’s prime rib and want to ensure you get the most flavorful cut, ask your server if you can have the first or second end cut.
The first cut comes from the cow’s rib closest to the loin. It is the most tender and expensive cut, but Texas Roadhouse doesn't have a difference in cut prices on its menu.
Some people prefer the second cut, which is a fattier cut from the front end of the rib. It's larger and has less uniformity but a ton of flavor.
It's also possible that Texas Roadhouse doesn't have either cut available, depending on whether they've already been sold. In that case, you may want another cut of beef.
