A classic mimosa cocktail contains Champagne or sparkling wine and orange juice. If you'll be serving your mimosas to a crowd of 20 people, you'll need at least two bottles.

A standard Champagne bottle contains 25.4 ounces and a typical flute glass holds about 6 ounces. 20 mimosas require 60 ounces, which comes out to a little over two bottles.

Since you never know who's going to want seconds (or thirds), or who's going to pour with a heavier hand, we suggest grabbing three for good measure.
