An ideal thin pork chop, around ⅛ to ¼ inch thick, is so lean that you need to grill it for the perfect amount of time so it turns out juicy rather than burnt and bone-dry.

Get your grill to medium-high heat — around 375 to 400 degrees F — then slather on your marinade and place the chops on the grill. First, cook only on one side for four minutes.

If you think they aren't fully cooked, you can flip and grill them for another minute. When they're done, let them rest for five to 10 minutes before serving to ensure juicy bites.

Not flipping the chops gives them the maximum amount of time to develop that lovely caramelized char and the flavor it brings while ensuring you don't risk overcooking them.
