Concorde planes, run by Air France and British Airways, flew from 1976 to 2003. Renowned for their unique fine dining, they went out on top with an unusually decadent last meal.
The meal featured Scottish smoked salmon and caviar, vintage Champagnes, lamb cutlets, beef fillets, lobster fishcakes, a truffle omelette, and a buttermilk panna cotta dessert.
The chefs went all out for the last flight, which served as a celebration of the excellence aboard Concorde flights and a proper farewell party for the niche form of air travel.
