Here's How Long Rotisserie Chicken Actually Lasts In The Fridge
NEWS
By BUFFY NAILLON
Typically, rotisserie chicken lasts three or four days in the fridge before time is up and it should be thrown away. That said, there are some caveats to this rule.
First, it's critical that you refrigerate the chicken within two hours of it being out at room temperature. Second, you must ensure that your fridge is set at 40 degrees F or less.
If you don't eat the chicken in that time frame, freeze it by packing it into an airtight container or zip-top bag. Make sure to use the frozen chicken within four months.
