A slice of lasagna
Giada De Laurentiis’ Secret For 30-Minute Lasagna

Giada De Laurentiis has devised
a version of lasagna that can be put together in as little as 30 minutes. You can even get it done in a large skillet or a Dutch oven.
To start, grab your skillet, and quickly whip up the red sauce. When it's ready, remove most
of it, leaving just enough for one layer of lasagna in the base.
Put a pasta layer on top of that, and then a layer of a mix of ricotta and parmesan. Keep layering the sauce, pasta,
and ricotta, and pop it in the
oven for about 30 minutes.
One of the chef’s time-saving tricks includes using an oven-safe pot or pan. You can cook the meat sauce on the stove and then recycle it as your baking dish for the oven.
Her second trick includes using fast-cooking lasagna sheets because they’ll cook in the oven among the liquids of the dish. You can also
use “no boil” lasagna sheets.
