Garlic honey sauce is the key to a truly delicious salmon filet. The nutty garlic adds depth to the honey's floral sweetness, making the sauce perfect for a buttery cut of salmon.
To make the sauce, simply mix minced garlic with honey. Consider adding some olive or sesame oil to the mix so that the sauce has an easier time spreading onto the salmon's flesh.
Then, baste some pan-seared salmon in the sauce, or use it as a marinade for a grilled fish feast. Note that the sauce is super versatile and can be customized however you like.
You can add soy sauce to it for some umami flair, a squeeze of lemon or vinegar for some tang, and red pepper flakes or freshly grated ginger for some added heat.
