Both English and Irish full breakfasts are protein-rich meals containing eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, tomatoes, mushrooms, and baked beans. Still, they're not quite the same.
The main difference between the English and Irish full breakfast is that the Irish version has white pudding, potatoes, and often soda bread, which adds a hearty, rustic twist.
