Canned artichokes' dippy possibilities go far beyond the casual dining classic. For the taste of artichokes without a dairy-heavy base, add a can to your next batch of hummus.
You can also add them to labneh or Greek yogurt dip for a cool and creamy snack or go in a more classic direction and add them to French onion or sour cream and onion dip.
This, plus their substantial texture, makes them an ideal choice for your next lasagna. They're also a fantastic replacement for meat-free versions of this dish.
To put the canned artichokes front and center, bread and fry them. Prepare them by removing them from the canning liquid, patting dry, and dredging before frying.
