Costco's poshest ice cream sundae consists of a chocolate ice cream base topped with syrupy strawberries. The sundae isn't on the menu but can still easily be ordered.
To order the treat, which is a fancy play on the classic chocolate-covered strawberries, start by choosing the strawberry sundae option on the touch-screen, self-serve order kiosk.
Then, on the next page, choose the rich chocolate Kirkland ice cream as your preferred flavor base. You can also go with classic vanilla or a chocolate and vanilla swirl.
Chocolate and strawberries pair exceptionally well. The berries highlight the chocolate’s subtle fruity notes and play against its creamy richness with their bright juiciness.
