Popeye's

The Popeye's Buffet was a free-for-all of tacos, spaghetti, and fried chicken, all for less than $10. Unfortunately, the last remaining buffet didn't survive COVID-19.

Old Country

Old Country Buffet was once the pinnacle of bottomless dining, but after many setbacks, its parent company, Fresh Acquisitions, filed for bankruptcy in 2021.

Wendy's

The Wendy's SuperBar Buffet had baked potato, salad bar, and Mexican and pasta sections, all for under $5. Sadly, it closed in 1998 as it wasn’t financially viable.

Eatza Pizza

Eatza Pizza’s pie buffet offered many kinds of pizza for just $3.99. Unfortunately, it went out of business during the Great Recession in 2008.

Souplantation

Opened in 1978, Souplantation had a healthy, colorful menu with modern vibes. The business survived a 2016 bankruptcy but was no match for the 2020 pandemic.
