  • 1 large (20 pounds and up) turkey
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • ½ cup coffee liqueur (I use Starbucks)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2Place turkey in large roasting pan and sprinkle with spices.
  3. 3Roast, uncovered, for ½ hour.
  4. 4Pour liqueur over turkey, cover, and return to oven. Cook for an additional 3 to 4 hours, basting along the way.
  5. 5Let sit at least 10 minutes before carving.
