Tonno e Fagioli

This is the perfect summer dish. Very easy preparation, very light meal. I like to make this in the dead of a snow storm and pretend it’s July in Tuscany.

Instructions

  1. 1Open can of white beans rinse and plate.
  2. 2open can of tuna plate on top of white beans.
  3. 3slice a few slices of red onion as thin as you can and place on top of beans and tuna.
  4. 4drizzle olive oil on top.
  5. 5crack some black pepper and sprinkle sea salt on top.
