Thai Shrimp Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients (6)

  • 1 Whole wheat flat bread
  • 6-8 medium cooked shrimp (diced)
  • 2 Tbsps Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Scallions
  • 3 Tbsps Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


  1. 1Mix the peanut butter and soy sauce together in a bowl until blended.
  2. 2Spread peanut butter mixture on the flat bread.
  3. 3Add shrimp, scallions, & cheese.
  4. 4Cook in the oven for 5-6 mins at 375 degees.
