Ingredients (10)

  • 7 whole sweet mini peppers
  • 4 ounces-weight cream cheese
  • 2 ounces-weight ricotta cheese
  • 1 cloves chopped garlic
  • salt n pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoons minced onion (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pastry bag (For filling pepper)
  • some pieces of chopped lettuce
  • some pieces of chopped lettuce

These stuffed mini pepper are colorful, bitesize and tasty. They are really nice to look at also.


  1. 1Combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and minced onion. Mix well.
  2. 2Cutoff the top of all mini peppers and clean inside the seed.
  3. 3Fill mixture in pastry bag and fill mini peppers for inside. Drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. 4Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in pan over high heat.
  5. 5Cook stuffed mini peppers both side until u get brown color.
  6. 6Make bed of lettuceand slice lemon for presentation for cook mini peppers.
