  • 2 pounds fresh spinach, rinsed and chopped
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 pieces dry red chilly (break in half)
  • 1 teaspoons chilly paste
  • 1/4 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tablespoons salt n pepper to taste

  1. 1Heat the oil in wok or saucepan.
  2. 2Add dry chilly and garlic and fry until garlic is slightly brown.
