Ingredients (8)

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 onion; chopped
  • 1 bell pepper; chopped
  • 3 cups chunky salsa (reserve 1 cup)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oat meal
  • 2 jalapeno peppers; chopped
  • 1 can (14 ounces) tomato sauce
I came up with this meatloaf through trail and error,and I think it is the perfect meatloaf lovers meatloaf


  1. 1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, reserving 1 cup for topping.
  2. 2Transfer to baking pan and shape into loaf.
  3. 3Place in oven and bake 1 hour.
  4. 4Spread the remaining salsa on top of meatloaf and cook ten more minutes.
