Rob Roy Cocktail

The Rob Roy is a blend of Scotch and vermouth sharpened by a dash of angostura bitters. It’s named for Robert Roy MacGregor, Scotland’s very own Robin Hood.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces good-quality blended Scotch whisky
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- Dash of angostura bitters
- *Maraschino cherry"
Instructions

1Add the Scotch, vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

2Drop in the maraschino cherry and serve.
