  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. bottled chopped roasted garlic
  • 1 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. extra lean ground turkey (turkey breast)
  • Roasted Red Pepper Sauce Ingredients
  • 12 oz. (1 jar) roasted red peppers, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. fat-free low sodium chicken broth
  • 4 tsp. bottled chopped roasted garlic
  • 1 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning
  • 4 Reduced Calorie Wheat Hot Dog Buns
  • 4 Weight Watchers® Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges

  1. 1Add egg white, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt; mix well. Add turkey; mix to combine. Cover and chill while preparing sauce.
  2. 2Pour into medium saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. 3Meanwhile, form turkey mixture into 12 (1-1/2-inch) meatballs; drop into simmering sauce. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, uncover and simmer until sauce has thickened.
  4. 4Broil cut sides of hot dog buns until golden, spread one side of each bun with 1 cheese wedge. Top each with 3 meatballs and 3 tablespoons sauce. Serve immediately.
