Ingredients (7)

  • 1 lb chili grind ground turkey (or use regular if you can't get the chili grind)
  • 1 can each baby corn, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, bean sprouts
  • 1 lb brown rice
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 bag Teryaki create-a- meal
  • 2 TBSP Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Water

tried this when helping a friend move 8 people and nothing was left but the clean-up

Instructions

  1. 1cook turkey and all drained canned goods in water till Turkey is done
  2. 2Add Brown rice to turkey and veggie water to cook till done and most of the water is absorbed, stir occasionally
  3. 3Scramble eggs and add to turkey veggie rice mixture
  4. 4Add in Teriyaki create a meal veggies and sauce add in Soy Sauce and stir. Finish cooking till all veggies are hot and serve
  5. 5will freeze well and can be kept for an easy dinner for later on
