Ingredients (21)

  • 1 cup oat flour, just grind up oatmeal in your coffee grinder or food processor
  • 1 scoop your favorite Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, if you have it whole, use your coffee grinder
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ, if you can't find it or don't have it, omit it
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup sweetener, your favorite brand of sugar substitute, or Real Sugar if you like
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 jars of baby food,one that has the least amount of carbs (carrots)
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ, if you can't find it or don't have it, omit it
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 egg whites

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 jars of baby food,one that has the least amount of carbs (carrots)

You can use your Favorite Protein Powder to make this bars

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350, Spray a 8×8 backing dish or pan, you can also use Parchment Paper and spray the paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl mix the flour/oatmeal, Protein Powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, flaxseed, and wheat germ
  3. 3In a smaller bowl whisk the egg whites and sweetener until foamy and dissolved
    Add the ricotta cheese and baby food and whisk until well blended
  1. 1Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and whisk until well blended
  2. 2Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 20-26 minutes…or until it’s set
  3. 3This recipe will make 16 bars and you can have two as a serving….enjoy after your workout or as a healthy snack!
