1Make the pie crusts. Use cold butter, cold water and refrigerate the crusts for at least 1 hour. After rolling out the crusts refrigerate them again- this helps for baking the crusts right.

Go ahead and cut out some pretty designs on the top crust to let the pie vent. It is optional to put the pie back in the fridge until the oven is preheated to 400 F. Bake the pie for 30-45 mins. or until golden brown.
