- 4 pieces of pork loin or tenderloin
- thick cut bacon
- gorgonzola cheese

Got this recipe from the website www.cookingandcars.com. I tried it out and it was very good. I haven’t had this before. It was very simple and delicious. I hope you enoy it.
1Wrap the bacon around the pork loin and hold bacon in place with skewers or toothpicks.
2Season pork with salt and pepper.
3Grill pork tenderloins until almost done.
4When pork is almost done, brush bbq sauce on both sides – not too much – and let the sauce caramelize a bit on the grill.
5Add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of gorgonzola cheese to the top of the pork. lower grill cover and let the cheese melt. Then enjoy.
