I was learning to make martinis with a friend, but I had no vermouth. I did, however, have a bottle of Amontillado sherry. Coupled with Finlandia vodka and citrus, it turned out to be out of this world!
The name, by the way, is an allusion to Poe’s “Cask of the Amontillado” and the country of origin of the vodka.
