Perhaps best known as Abby on NCIS, Pauley Perrette also owns a bakery in New York City, Donna Bell’s Bake Shop. These buttermilk biscuits from the Donna Bell’s Bake Shop cookbook are as tender and fluffy as you’d expect, but extra flavorful from the addition of bacon, blue cheese, and fresh parsley. Be sure to cook the bacon extra-crispy, almost borderline burnt, so that it doesn’t turn limp and soggy in the finished biscuits.
