Field Guide to Cocktails
- 3 ounces vodka
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 smoked oyster
1Shake the vodka and vermouth with ice; then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drop in the oyster. Alternatively, use a fresh oyster in season.
