This recipe is presented by Eggland’s Best.
Bite-sized cheesecakes are easier to make, transport, serve, and eat for parties or any occasion. Use paper muffin cups, or any tart or bite-sized baking cup.
Top it off with berries, cherries, or even mango slices to complement the creaminess.
For the filling:
- 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese (32 ounces total)
- 5 Eggland’s Best eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 16 paper muffin cups
For the topping:
- 16 ounces of sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
For the crust:
- pre-made refrigerated crust
1Preheat the oven to 300°F.
2Beat all the ingredients.
3Mold the crust into the cups according to package instructions.
4Fill paper muffin cups.
5Bake for 30 minutes.
6While baking, make the topping.
7Mix together the topping ingredients and add 1 tablespoon to each cup and bake for another 15 minutes.
8Cover with any fruit of your choice.
