This classic cocktail of orange juice and bubbly is the perfect addition to any brunch spread.

- 1 part freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
- 1 part sparkling wine, chilled
1Pour the sparkling wine into a chilled champagne glass.
2Slowly pour in the orange juice (pouring slowly preserves the wine’s bubbles!). Serve immediately. Cheers!
