Lemon Pepper Tuna & Corn

This is a quick-and-easy recipe for those times that you find yourself raiding the cabinets for a fast meal. This is an excellent sandwich filling, or main dish when served atop rice.

Instructions

  1. 1Simply mix the ingredients and warm in a skillet or pot and serve hot, or mix and allow to chill.
  2. 2Optionally, choose a can of “fiesta” style corn with chopped chilies for an added kick.
