Ingredients (6)

  • 1/2 ounce Solerno blood orange liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce passion fruit syrup
  • 2 ounces soda water

This cocktail, dreamed up by former Smuggler’s Cove bartender Jackie Patterson, is an ode to her Italian-Hawaiian heritage. Sweet, citrusy, and ever so slightly bitter, the La Perla Rosa is a great drink to add to your cocktail rotation. Instructions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients except for the soda water together in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Add the soda water and serve over ice.
  3. 3Garnish with an orange slice.
