- 5 ounces dry sparkling wine
- 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
- 2 kumquats, halved crosswise
Combine the sparkling wine and ginger liqueur in a champagne flute. Squeeze the kumquat halves into the glass and then drop them into the drink to serve.
