Ingredients (9)

  • Fat Free Cream Cheese 12 oz (Lucerne suggested
  • Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 10 oz ) Chobani suggested)
  • 2 whole large eggs (EggLands Best suggested)
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated Splenda
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 scoop cellucor whipped vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

This is for all of you folks who just love your classic cheesecake and all its goodness in taste, texture and diversity to adjust its flavors as you please. This recipe is for the base version with a very basic and simple topping of mixed berries. Feel free to adjust toppings as you please for your pallet! Low fat, few carbs and lots of healthy dairy based protein!

Instructions

  1. 1Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
  2. 2Mix well with a large wooden spoon until a thick clumpy pudding like mixture
  3. 3Blend on high for 3-4 minutes with an electric mixer until well combined into a less viscous pudding like mixture
  4. 4scrap this out of the bowl and put into a 9" diameter baking pan (not glass) that is sprayed with baking spray and then lined with parchment paper. let settle evenly by shaking pan lightly.
  5. 5oven preheated to 350 bake for 20 minutes, then bake for 40 minutes at 300. pull out and let sit till cool. place in fridge for at least 3 hours before serving. or place in freezer for 1 hour after cooled at room temp for quicker setting/serve time.
  6. 6top with warm fruit of choice or frozen fruit and some sugar free chocolate sauce. serve and enjoy!
