  • 1/2 cup cream or whole milk
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 TBSP basil
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cut veggies (squash, onion, zucchini, broccoli)

Grandma Peg's Egg Thing

Last Christmas when visiting my husband’s grandmother, she made this recipe for us for breakfast.

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9 × 13 pan
  2. 2Beat eggs and milk together.
  3. 3Add spices beat eggs
  4. 4Stir in cheese
  5. 5Stir in veggies
  6. 6Bake for 35-40 mins.
