Garnished Za'atar

I wanted to share this little combination I put together recently, it became almost my daily lunch!

Instructions

  1. 1Since I keep my za’atar flat bread in the freezer, I just pop one in the oven. Not too long because I don’t want it to be crisp.
  2. 2Lather one half of the bread with labneh, then sprinkle some tomatoes, sundried and cherry, and some onions if you want. Then add a big handful of arugula. If it seems a bit dry, drizzle a bit of dried tomatoes oil. Add freshly ground black pepper.
  3. 3Fold over along the labneh line, slice across. Enjoy!
