Garlic Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Onions and Apples with apricot/pepperflake sauce

A nice big juicy garlic/parsley/rosemary seasoned pork roast.Approximate size 4-5 lbs.

Instructions

  1. 1apply the rub to the roast then sear in oven at450 for 45 mins. then reduce heat to 325 and cover while roasting
  2. 2Reduce heat to 325 then add wedges of onions and red delicious apples
  3. 3cover and roast , removing the cover for the last 45 mins only.Your roast should be crispy on top and juicy inside
  4. 4Remove cover for the last 45 mins. so it can brown, your roast should be crispy on top and juicy inside then brush on the glaze
