  • 1 Medium onion chopped very fine
  • 1 Table spoon oil
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon all spice
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small can chili powder (2 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 5 cups water
  • salt to taste

Fire Hot dog chili

Easy to make hot dog chili,remindes me of hot dogs in New castle and Ellwood.Has a little bit of bite to it.Try it you might be surprised.

Instructions

  1. 1Brown meat and onions breaking the meat up as small as pssible
  2. 2Add water and spices ,cook 2 to 3 hrs.
