Bourbon Rocky Road Ice Cream Sundae
- 3 scoops chocolate ice cream
- 2 tablespoons mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons lightly toasted walnut halves
- 3 tablespoons Espresso-Bourbon Caramel Sauce (recipe link in intro)
Place the 3 scoops of ice cream in a bowl. Sprinkle with the marshmallows and nuts, drizzle with the Espresso-Bourbon Caramel Sauce, and serve.
