  • 12 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 c. Mayonaise
  • 1/2 c. Dill Relish
  • 2 tblsp Mustard
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Paprika

My Deviled Eggs

This is a pretty traditional recipe for Deviled Eggs, but made with dill relish.

Instructions

  1. 1Slice hard boiled eggs down the middle, lengthwise.
  2. 2Scoop yolks into a medium bowl and place empty whites on a tray.
  3. 3Mash yolks with a fork.
  4. 4Add mayo, relish, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5Fill empty egg whites with the creaky yolk mixture.
  1. 1Sprinkle with Paprika.
  1. 1Serve cold.
