Cranberry Shrub Spritz

Also known as drinking vinegars, fruit-infused shrubs were an early American favorite. With a top-off of club soda and a handful of ice, they become delicious impromptu spritzers.

Game plan: The Cranberry-Apple Shrub takes 2 days to infuse, so plan accordingly.

For more, see our nonalcoholic Shirley Temple Drink recipe.

Instructions

Drop some ice cubes in a glass, add the shrub, and top off with club soda. Give it a quick stir and serve.
