Soak wooden skewers for at least 1 hour or longer~(Metal not necessary)
Generously coat shrimp with seasoning, keep cold until ready to cook
Fire up your grill to medium heat level
Put onions in a aluminum pan coated with Extra Vigin Oive Oil, generously coat onions with seasoning.Cook until carmarlized-
On side burner or on grill, mix KC BBQ Sauce, Hot Sauce and butter,sprinkle seasoning in sauce until blended cook on low or indirect heat, stirring occasionally
Spray grill with non-stick oil, place shrimp on grill, 3 minutes on one side,using a basting brush, brush shrimp with sauce, flip, baste and cook additional 3 minutes. (Just till shrimp turn pink) Do not over cook shrimp
To serve, place shrimp on plate, add onions add as much sauce as you would like, dizzle with lemon. Have plenty of paper towel and Enjoy!
