Cornflake Chicken
by JordanC221
My mother made this recipe for me growing up and it was delicious. Finally, she revealed it to me and it was a lot easier than I had thought. As a 25 year old man, this is an easy recipe and tasty.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmasan cheese
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 or 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
-
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
-
2In medium sized bowl, mix corn flake crumbs, parmasan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
-
3Scramble eggs in separate bowl. Dip chicken thoroughly in the scrambled egg and place in corn flake mixture. Shake well enough to cover entire breast with crumbs.
-
4When finished, place chicken in a baking dish and place covered in oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
