- Unsweetened cocoa powder, for rimming
- 1 ounce dark crème de cacao, plus more for rimming
- 2 ounces vodka
- Dark or milk chocolate truffle
1Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with crème de cacao, rim with cocoa powder, and chill the glass. Shake the crème de cacao and vodka with ice; then strain into the glass. Garnish with a dark or milk chocolate truffle.
White Chocolate Martini: Using the Chocolate Martini recipe above, omit the cocoa, and substitute white crème de cacao for the dark crème de cacao.
